Sonya looked a bit taken aback by her dragon's sudden demand, but was more than happy to oblige. "Well, yes, of course I am going to feed you," she replied with a rather large grin. Good. I will need my strength if he decides to come anywhere near me again, Kombath said, with one last seething look towards the black male. It was certain that the two would probably never get along. That is, if Kombath had anything to do about it. Sonya giggled slightly. "Oh, I wouldn't worry, you are wonderful and pretty, maybe he is only admiring you," she told the Mortal with a wink. And I think you could take him anytime you wanted, no question. The last comment she added privately, and Kombath puffed up her chest a bit in response, pleased by Hers' compliment.
R'tai grinned at Lovetth, though it was more of a smirk. "Sure. We don't have to be here any longer if you don't want." Thank you. Besides, I'm very hungry. "Well of course you are," R'tai said with a chuckle. "And we shall get you only the best. The best needs the best." Another smirk. Yes, people probably would want him to crawl in a ditch and die. Especially now that his ego was boosted with the impression of an awesome dragon. Although, Lovetth was most definitely going to end up being much more liked than his rider.

Chaos, chaos, everywhere, Kerion's mind hummed vaguely as he peered rather blankly around. Funny dragons... funny colors, funny attitudes, and funny Riders...
Fia automatically turned and stuck her tongue out at him. She didn't know what he was thinking, but he was teasing her! She was sure of it!
Hey! Pay ATTENTION! Rosetth scolded and she obediently turned back to the stony egg.
Kerion blinked at his eccentric friend and her odd dragonet, then watched quietly as red and gold one chose Hers... then the blue and gold male did the same.... which left the flirty black one..... wonderful. More left to Hatch... what new horrific monsters would emerge, he wondered......... there were no normal dragons yet... and he didn't mean color!
((Short... *hits self repeatedly over the head with frying pan* Bad Fia, bad Fia!!!))

((I thought this was so predictable, but I hope you like it. ^^))
The stony egg began to shiver as the dragon inside fought the shells of the egg to escape. When the dragonet finally did come from the egg, some recoiled back. He made a formidable picture, composed of hard purple-grays and strong, deep reds, and smoky blacks. A sickly white that wasn't just white but held hints of yellow and green also swirled across his hide. But, despite his appearance, the nature, his aura, was very non-threatening. He looked over the Justice with a gratitude for waiting for him, before immediately picking his. K'rion! They all look at your Redemption Chronoth oddly... The next egg....waddled. And then let out a very plump black-and-white dragon. It was so fat, it had to waddle around on the sands. It looked strangely like it was wearing a tuxedo....
((I used gray and maroon for Chronoth, but feel free to get creative.))

((I was hopeful, yes. X3 BUT I LOVE HIM! *cuddles little Chronoth in delight* Oh, this will be FUN! Thank you, thank you, thank you, Avi! )) "What the-?!" Kerion -who nearly strangled himself later- was among those who was very alarmed by the -much as he hated the word- freakish dragonet. He nearly yelled at his friend, so close to the creature, to be careful, but was prevented from doing so by a confused voice in his head. Then he did yell, but something quite different. "COMING! I'm coming!" The startled boy rushed over, stumbling in his haste and ending up on his knees beside the hatchling. There you are! Can you tell me why they're staring, please?"Oh, ignore the silly humans," the new Rider told him, waving one hand and patting the little dragon's neck with the other. Fia, meanwhile had been one of the few (if any) not to recoil in shock. Appearances just didn't faze her... other things about people did, and all the other things about this hatchling were as harmless as she'd ever known. Rosetth clearly agreed. The Justice was obviously very, very glad to see the little Redemption, for she had literally bounced up and down when he emerged. About time! she exclaimed happily, 'clapping' him on the back with her wing. The younger dragonet staggered slightly, but gave the female what looked like a draconic smile. "They know each other already?" K'rion asked his own friend in surprise. "Seems like," the girl replied with a shrug, obviously not caring. " Now, anyway, I bet they're-" Okay, NOW I want to eat!I'm kinda hungry, too..."C'mon, then!" Fia promptly led the way off the Sands, waving happily at Larian, only to have Rosetth hurry to be in the same position: ahead of the males, who sighed tolerantly and followed with amused obedience. Oddly enough, the little Justice seemed to be looking challengingly at the world in general, as if daring them to give the Redemption any more odd looks, or say anything, or act suspicious, or do anything remotely offensive. Chronoth, meanwhile, just followed along, watching the going-ons placidly.

The next egg to hatch, a dazzling yellow and black one, broke when a bolt of lightning came out of nowhere and struck it. It was unusual, very unusual...And the female that hatched from it was just as strange. She had a black base with large yellow streaks and cyan speckles. It was so bright, so electric...and electricity seemed to fizz around her and from her. She stalked around with some sort of sadistic glee, and with a predatory manner examined the female Candidates. Nata didn't seem right for her, so she continued on. The silly penguin dragon was flopping around on the floor. It was hungry, but it didn't want the food other dragonettes were getting: it wanted fish. Lots of fish. The next to hatch was a strange one. It was the beautiful greens and blues of the ocean, and had a form to fit it. It was streamlined, with wings, but there were no back legs. Instead it was finned. It looked around with amused interest. It also wanted fish.

Latarel, Zethem, and Larian continued to stand on the warm sands, watching more eggs rock and hatch. Latarel gave a last grin to his sister before she went off to go feed Kombath. Then he returned his attention to the newly hatched eggs. A dragon that waddled around, and seemed more plump and a bit awkward.
Larian happily returned Fia's wave, still grinning like the lovable (only to some) trouble maker he was.
All three boys were surprised to see a random bolt of lightning strike one of the eggs, and out came a strange and almost threatening female dragon. And then, yet another very strange dragon, beautifully colored but.... with fins? This was just getting veeery strange.

Nata blinked curiously at the little ones as even more strange creatures hatched. So many odd colors... she jumped at the bolt of lightning and stared blatantly at the egg it had struck, surprised to see that, not only was the egg still intact, but the dragonet within it was perfectly all right.... her body tensed slightly as the creature approached her, but relaxed once more when the little one moves away again. Clearly she wasn't right for the oddling..... and another egg hatched, and the dragonet had.... fins? What sort of dragon had fins?
She stared at the clutchmother in confusion for a moment before returning her attention to the odd assortment of dragonets roaming the sands.

Eremos... was still moping.
Yup.
